But try to stay busy, active keep your mind going because when some people depressed they stay to themselves cut people off don’t let nobody in and don’t be active to the outside world I feel like that makes it worse. This is really relatable. I feel like we all have a time in our life when we don’t really understand our purpose. I’m still young and I long for the confidence and determination I see others with. We’ve seen you be a homebody not out much continue to have fun focus on your goals and work towards that. Being able to admit how you feel and what you going through is a start. I was depressed for a while wasn’t happy with my job, I was pregnant went into early labor my daughter passed away I was just suffering from so much. Felt like I was stuck. I ask myself what do you want what will make me happy and I wrote it down and said this is what my goal is for myself and started working towards that. Me being surrounded with people who motivated me understood me and honest with me help me out a lot. I also went to therapy, but I think a podcast would be good because they’re a lot of people going through the same or similar situations and need someone to talk too or just to hear someone else story and know they’re not alone. Love you Domi always supporting and praying for you.
Hi. I’m sorry about your baby passing. My first born passed away during birth 14 years ago so trust me I know the feeling. I am currently going through depression and anxiety. Just pray to God to give you strength and healing . I also do cleansing in my home to get good energy, I go to therapy once a week and just pray a lot. Eventually time heals and God is always there. I pray things get better for you, just know you’re not alone and God will guide you. Sending positive vibes your way
@@colombianmocha4556 Thank you, and same to you. Praying things get better for you also, I'm proud to see your doing something to help with your depression and anxiety. Some people just soak in it and don't know how to deal with it and don't reach out for help. But therapy, prayer and being surrounded by good people helped me.
I feel you on this video girl. I feel like if I want to succeed more it may make me “less grateful” even though I know I’m grateful for EVERYTHING. I was also not taught to know my worth, and I’ve had to do A LOT of self reflection to start to understand my worth. A podcast would be AMAZING! Stay encouraged, it can’t rain forever✨

The only advice I would give is for you to be patient but the biggest thing is that you have to get over the opinions of people and what they formed you to be just be who God created you to be You! I think people want to see you unfiltered and real like you're doing right now... You have a lot to offer the world so get closer to God and allow God to direct your path. I'll be praying for you sis.

I be feeling the same way and social media has a way of making u feel your life is at a standstill. I really feel like social media has a lot to do with depression especially if your life not going the way u expected. That’s why it is always better to just focus on yourself and not worry about what other people are doing in there life

Joseph saw what God had for him and his brothers hated him and sold him into slavery, in the end he still got what God had for him. No matter what your going through have faith that God will bring it to pass for you . He loves regardless of your wrongdoings. I was on B.Lou stream he said y’all was going through stuff and he in his feelings. That’s why he posted the YB lyrics with the Greenheart to you on Instagram and Twitter. You and him going to be ok, the other day he was just talking about getting engaged.
It seem when you was out and about you was happy and having fun sitting home will drive you crazy when going through stuff. Just keep enjoying life. Too much negative stuff going on in the world not to enjoy your life right now. Also get you a book write down what you truly want to do the steps to get there and start doing it. Stop being so hard on yourself and overthinking it would cause you not wanting to accomplish or achieve.

Just don’t get too caught up in it bc ppl who chase after those things often start to forget abt God. That doesn’t mean anything you have celebrities that have so much money such a great lifestyle and be depressed that’s why you see a lot of them on drugs, depressed or have other issues. Having money and hanging out with other celebrities don’t mean they’re happy.

@@ajkool117 I feel that but what’s wrong with me making a video to explain my situation? Im just trying to get ppl to understand the way I am. I made this for ppl who are growing through the same. I was raised in a very spiritual God fearing house hold and I know the feeling of “God” and have had my own encounters with his voice in my head. I wasn’t raised to idolize celebrities and if you think about it celebs are normal ppl like you and me but the world is in there Buisness 24/7 that’s a hard life to live even though it looks easy. I was just saying even though things make look good they don’t feel good.. my spirit is longing for more.. not my flesh! I want to feel good inside… I want purpose!!!
