- In this video , we will scale on board AI for (1) 4-20 ma and then for (2) 0-10VDC input.
Also demonstrating bar graph functionality.
on board analogue input of logo plc supports 0-10V DC input only.
so for sensor with 4-20 ma output , we require to connect 500 ohm resistor.

sensor input is 4-20ma, but logo input is only adopt 0-10v. so used 500ohm resistor to convert 4-20ma to 0-10vdc. but why did you configure the logo AI 4-20ma? should configure 0-10v right?
becase at 4ma you will get 2V. so 0-10V wont work.
Sir, I am facing scaling issue 4to 20 mA into 0-100 %convertion in logo analog input module.I wanted to discuss.
how to make a siemens logo program to drive the AM2 AQ analog outputs without using an input (no sensor). THANKS
Very nice video!
Thanks for the visit
is it possible to change pulse frequency by the analog input?
Is it possible to connect the 3 wire transmitter in logo PLC ???
It's possible.
But wiring depends on where you are connecting - either on on board PLC input (0-10V) or external module (4-20 ma)
Thank you
PLEASE SHOW WIRING FOR ANALOG INPUT ASSIGNED? DID YOU USE I7 AND I8 AS 0V AND 10V OR M LOGO PLC POWER SUPPLY 0V ?
M as 0V and I7 , I8 as 10V +(input)
Plz refer wiring diagram in manual.
@@StableAutomation thanks alot sir
Dear Sir,
So can i consider I7 as AI1 and I8 as different Analog input ie AI2?
@@moindalvs Yes..
Asuuming I want to have I7 as 50% and I8 as 100% can I use one pressure transducer (4-20mA) for the same?
To give me two outputs?
