Hi there. Cadbury Bournville cocoa powder is perfect for any baking. Chocolate chips, usually Dr Oetker or those in this video are Callebaut. The 70% dark chocolate is Green & Blacks. Hope that helps and thanks for watching :D
Could you tell me which brand of digital thermometer you use. I love brownies but have never been really successful with them and the internal temperature seems to be so essential to making them perfectly that I need to buy one. These look gorgeous. Thank you for another super recipe
