Hi Lane, good information - A couple questions: (1) On the D&B Credit Signal summary report for a business, it lists "Line of Business". Who provided that information? Is it based on a SIC code? Can it be changed? It's difficult to choose the correct SIC code for a new business. (2) If a new business is able to get a business credit card by using a personal guarantee, can the personal guarantee be removed at a later date, so the cc is backed solely by the business? How would that be done? Big thanks!

I paid for an expited number and I was supposed to recieve it with in 5 days. Its been a month and they are denying that I ever even purchased it even though my credit card was charged and my business needs it asap.

@@CreditSuite i paid for a duns number and of course a duns number is important in qualifying for grants and business credit.

@@deassfgh7807 DUNS is suppose to be free, I suggest to call them and request to speak to someone who can help you expedite the process since you said you paid for it.

@@CreditSuite its free if you want to wait 30 days but if you want an expedited duns number it will cost you 200 dollars and they have different services to give your business more exposure to creditors.
