... this is one I need to listen to over and over again. I reached a stumbling block and my weight loss program. The high protein and fruit combination, with the amino acids landed me in the hospital. I have been devastated 4 weeks now. Since it was already a challenge for me to even attempt to lose weight at my age and activity level, the failure had me feeling hopeless. I just gave up and began eating everything! I keep seeing my potential on certain days. Some days I work hard, I ditch the excuses and the distractions. What's so frustrating is that shows to me I CAN do it. But every other day bad habits and procrastinating set back in. I wanna be my best EVERY day.
