Today I have PART 2 on how to replace the MAP Sensor and Air Filter on a 2008-2011+ Honda CBR1000RR. I tried looking up a video for how to do it myself and failed to find any walk through on how to do it, so here I am making this 2 part video. I go in depth on what to do, so if that interests you, then please drop a like! This was a super educational endeavor for me since I don't normally do this kind of stuff on my own. I want to thank Brian(from Chase on 2 Wheel's crew) for helping me identify the original engine code and guiding me thru the process to get to the sensor. I couldn't have done it without you Brian!
As always I hope you guys enjoy the video, please drop a like and subscribe for more future content. Thank you so much again for the mass growth this month and for all the support. Thanks for watching! -Brandon
Hi man, was your engine running very bad with a lot of lacks on the rpm especially at hot temperature? Because I have the same issue and blinking and I was thinking that meant to be an injection issue
Did the code just go away on its own?
Yep once I put the new part in the light went away on its own. Unlike a car where you have to clear the code
why did you change the map sensor? What was the failure of your motorcycle?
Check engine light was flashing code #2 for it and it was running horribly
Do you have Whatsapp? Does my motorcycle have a fault that seems to be choking on sudden acceleration? Disconnecting the sensor from the map corrects a little
I'm not going to lie you'd be better going on forms or swinging by a dealership because I'm not super knowledgeable on any of that unfortunately
i want to ride a motorcycle when I'm 16 what should I get.i was thinking Suzuki SV 650
The SV 650 is a great starter bike from what I've read and watched. I have friends who have owned one and loved it. They aren't super expensive and are more beginner friendly then a full on 600cc rocket. I started on a Honda CBR600RR, I'd do it again, but it's not for everyone! I hope you're able to get a bike at 16, my Mom never allowed me to get one, then when I was 19 I got the opportunity to get into it. It honestly was the best choice I've ever made!
@@BrandonMohn thanks for the advice man ill use it, I hope so too that ill get enough money to get a bike
