Your restart on Princess of the Sea is looking great! I love how you are testing new techniques and methods of stitching. It’s fun to try things out to see what works for you. Have a great week!
Your works look lovely Angela. You did a great job on the restart of that cute little mermaid! Since I discovered the pin stitch, I use it most of the time! Stay safe and happy stitching
Hi Angela. I also use those thread cards for my stitching. It is easier to pull 1 thread at a time and pin stitches are fabulous to start and end yr threads. Love all yr different pieces. Lots of variety is always good. Hopefully we can get back to normal in the UK soon. Take care, have a great week and catch you again soon. Xxx
Isn't it funny how we suddenly see the light in these tips😁 one for me was the loop start although since then I try to stitch with one thread. I was also amazed at the releasing of the thread by picking a thread from the 'tie knot'. And again the pin stitch, I'd always understood that that was difficult but no, it's neat and tidy and easy once you know how😁. Enjoyed seeing all your stitches. Great restart, it's so much easier. Enjoy every stitch. Take care🤗
Hi Angela, I think that the weather is playing with us, really cold in the morning and so lovely during the afternoon. We need to be careful otherwise we will be bad. Great stitching. Take care
Hi Angela! Scotland has been regularly having 4 seasons in one day this week. You are looking really well. oh good for you using a pin stitch, have never done one
Weather is crazy here in PA as well, looks to be the new normal. Your restart of the mermaid is looking good. I bobbinate, it feel better to me and easier for me to store.
Great stitchy progress, just be careful when pulling floss off of a floss drop, only pull one strand at a time even if you need more otherwise it ends up in a horrible knot 🤦♀️😁
Can I ask why you didn't like 25ct doing tent stitch? I am trying to figure out what I want to do for my first HEAD and was leaning towards tent stitch on 25ct, so I am curious 😊
Good question! I loved the speed at which I could stitch in tent stitch, but for me I much prefer doing crosses and to me the design didn’t look right in tent stitch - so much happier now doing it on 20ct in full cross.
Hi Angela a quick question...how do you keep track of your stitches I am currently looking for a way to keep track of stitches...thank you for any help you can give me?
I use pattern keeper so make a note each time I stitch in my planner. If you go to video #21 I explain how I use my planner and show it so that might help x

Aahh ok! Thank you for that tip! X
You can just pull one thread at a time from the gold dimension cards. You hold the card top get one strand and pull and it just pops out x
Ahh thank you! Didn’t know that!
@@stitchingbrit8186 i also use the exact same thread organisers 😊
I hope you are doing okay! I miss you! 🤗💙
