Thank you for the ideas. I love how you're always straight to the point and doesn't add many doodles on your planning process. I would love some help creating a routine. I want to get up 30 minutes earlier and insert an actual physical movement routine. I write it down but then have a real personal problem with the implementation. I keep creating excuses and I need to know how to stop! I will take any help I can get.
I have to get this planner, I'm undecided on what size to purchase 🤔 I so need the routines video I'm a wing-it type of gal but lately things have been falling apart around me so winging it isn't working anymore 🙃
