You are so right about planning. I started watching you maybe three months ago. Since then I have one more payment to by 911 account from $1000. I get a check each month that I was just spending. I couldn’t account what I brought at the end of the month. When I planned that was 911 money, it had purpose. Planning does bring purpose.

Wow, thank you, that’s a good reminder, if the days, weeks or months are not planned, we can always write the numbers and it seems legit, but unless we structure our time and steps to get through it, it is very difficult.
    Thanks.

I think it comes down to being able to transition from one task to another. Some have a difficult time getting initiating a task so they might have difficulty switching tasks if that initial task is incomplete. Its important to follow the plan that is set so time and energy is managed well.

A quick sum up from the video:
    1. Decide your life categories - areas that are important to you and that you can focus on growing
    2. Have a daily/brainstorming sections - jot down it all !
    3. Repurpose your planner inserts - don't limit yourself
    4. Have a routine section - timely schedules helps
    5. Have a notebook section - an area to jot down ideas to refer back later (can be structured out)
    6. Top and side tabs - makes your life wayyy easier
    7. Monthly goal list - may vary for every particular planner category you have
    8. Have a next week section - great as a heads up
    9. Have a time blocking section - ties back with the routine section
I'm a new subscriber of yours and I'm in love with your videos. Keep inspiring, TOM team! 😘

Hi Alaina, I am a new subscriber to your channel. I have always been a planner and I love to be organized. I love all of these tips and ideas you are sharing. THANK YOU! I truly believe in evaluating/re-evaluating our systems to see what is REALLY working for us. It is ok to change things up and find a routine or system that works for us individually. Everyone signs up on Patreon at www.patreon.com/theorganizedmoney. They will sign up under the $20 monthly option if they want to just do the group coaching program or the $25 monthly option if they want to do group coaching and get monthly planning stickers from me.
Then every Thursday we have classes. The classes are on money or planning. I assign homework and give downloads to help them on their organizational journey. We also do Q&A sessions and they get a library of resources (other videos) that can help. We encourage each other and talk in the group on Patreon and Facebook
