Going back to the first video,the father was so calm and from what we normally see in such situations no normal loving father would remain calm if he thought a man raped his daughter…worse still a neighbour. I think the only solution to resolve this matter is to approach Mambo wedunhu iroro requestion his authority and power to give directive that another DNA be conducted between this girl and his father. Headman avo can approach mambo and explain the story to him and stating that in terms of customary law they is high possibility that makunana akaitika ( incest) and such can cause unluck in the community if the matter is not resolved.
