That Challenger all day long. I liked the riding position better, the handling was great, suspension was 👍for stock and the power delivery from the motor was big smile inducing.
I owned a Chiefton and now own a challenger. Both great bikes but if I am being totally honest….i wish I had my Chieftain back. It looked better to me with the engine.
I bought a Chieftain Darkhorse it was a toss up between the Chieftain and a Challenger. Like you I preferred the look of the thunderstoke engine. And the overall look of the bike.Cheers🍺🍺🍺🇳🇿
I had a 2023 Chieftain darkhorse and will get a Challenger next year but I traded the Cheiftain and bought a Goldwing. The wing is fantastic but that Chieftain had more charisma, charm and just drivability than any bike I've owned and I miss it.
Indian had a demo day at The Motorcycle Mall. They had a bunch of bikes there wanted to ride Challenger first, but ended up on the Chieftain. Bikes both had a little over 5,000 miles on them didn't notice any build issues.
thanks for sharing, love a good chieftain video.
Nice video Nice bike keep up the good work
So after testing Challenger & Chieftain, which one is your pick & why ?

But Thunderstroke sounds better, engine & exhaust.
I rode both of them, and Challenger engine sounds i don't like. Its similar to metric bikes.

I also liked the way the heads looked on the engine with the Chieftain. Very nostalgic to older motors, but with a modern twist.
@@GearsOfSnore Yep they look good alright.
