How often do you suggest posting pins? I was doing 3 times a week for awhile and hadn't seen much growth so I sort of abandoned it. Also, should you use the same keywords for each post within your niche?
It’s more about the quality of your content Vs quantity, and using the right keywords. I wouldn’t just use the same keywords for each post, I would make them topic relevant.
Hey, how do you find it best to pin to UA-cam videos? Directly, make a pin for the video, or through a pin to a blog post with the video embedded, or maybe all 3? Thans for the great tips!
For tip#2: Is it better to edit the titles and descriptions days after a pin has been published or is it better to delete the pin entirely and repost it with new/ better keywords?

Yes they both are same .... in my Pinterest also, it shows "more to explore"...but the thing is same that it suggests other pins also similar to yours.
