Sir AP ne primary oral m kaha k jo evidence ankho dekha hai it mean eye witness wo primary oral evidence hai
And dusri bat article 74 m kaha k agr 2 person k beach m agreement hota hai or jo log dekh rahy hain agar agreement gum honay ki surat m wo log kahain gai k humary samne yeh agreement hua hum eye witness hai to wo secondary evidence hai phele ap ne wo primary kaha phir secondary yeh smjh nhi aya

Party will first serve notice to the opposite party having the original document or primary evidence, if opposite party does not produce it in court, then secondary evidence may be produced as evidence and it would be informed to the court that they have produced secondary evidence after noticing to the advesrse party.
