Yes I find it hard to balance working on a screen all day and then finding non-screen activities outside of work. Go you for having a social media detox, this year I've quit social media! If I'm tired at work I take a break and go for a walk, get some energising snacks or move my working location e.g. change to standing desk or downstairs on the dining table.
