Love exploring with you guys cuz you make it feel like we are there with you! That is exactly how we try to do our videos as well! Nice share! 💙Terry and Terri
@@nathanridenour8380 that is crazy but awesome, lol! What a beautiful place to work, but I could see that being a hassle if you're on a schedule, especially if yahoo's like us are in the way. We did see an Amazon truck on the northern end the day before where there are quite a few houses, but the road there was fine. It did make us wonder though about how deliveries worked out here, so now we know! Thanks for sharing that!
@HEKNBAK yep lol, we just take those trucks right through, i just took carwash falls through hurricane creek (the fairly large low water creek you crossed) yesterday to get back to the highway. Its rough but its pretty country out there
Ok, that would be really cool to see, lol! Maybe not so much if you need to get through there though. Doesn't seem like there would be a quick go around.
We're from up north and we're surprised that it seemed more like late fall still here at the beginning of January! Would be gorgeous with full fall colors!
I just found your channel and I'm just starting out and I'd like to camp the ozarks. What main road is this place by? I'm a single retired lady, and I don't want to get too lost. I have got my dog for company and protection.🤭😊 oh, and I drive a 4x4. So i'm pretty sure I can make it. And i'm from central Indiana.
Hi Susie! Hey, fellow Hoosier, lol! Thanks for watching! The Ozarks are a pretty big place - we were in a section north of Interstate 40, West of Hwy 7. This particular road runs between Hwy 16 and 123 near Haw Creek Falls Campground. I would recommend trying either Gaia or OnX Offroad for mapping and to keep track of where you are at. A lot of places don't have cell signal though, so we found that downloading the maps so we could use them offline really helped. This was our first trip out there and we loved it! A good channel to watch to learn more about the Ozarks is @OzarkOverlandAdventures. Hope that helps!
Yes! We didn't realize until we looked at the footage later. We're hoping we don't have too much like that. I joke that we learn something new about filming with each video, but it really is true. We appreciate the feedback - we want to keep improving!
This is a place I need to explore...Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching and commenting! We can't wait to come back!

Public apology for putting my hat on the dash. I did not see the reflection in the windshield. I will never do it again Gena.
I've been giving him grief about it, lol! Still love him though!
I have see carwash fall form an ice column thick enough to block the road.

Plan on this come fall colors, goodtimes.
