I would be laughing everyday too if I'm making 3 to 4 times what I and everyone else around me used to make. Lord.....I wish a country like Australia could offer me a $25 an hour job working as a postie or tradie or subway sandwich maker and still put me on the pedestal or elevate me in the news or social media like as though I'm doing Australia a great favour. No!!!!I would be absolutely more humble than that!!!!!the minute I get off my AirAsia or Jetstar flight at tullarmarine or perth airport I will kneel down and kiss the soil of Australia .....and say "I'm home"
Thank you Ahmad & other postmen who live in JB for keeping Singapore’s post service running! Our mail is always on time thanks to your dedication and hard work.

It's a tough job - rain or shine, it's physically taxing on a normal basis, what more during Ramadan. Respect your dedication to your job and your faith!
Love the laughter. As I like to say, life happens whether you want it or not, so you might as well laugh about it. Man wakes up at 4 am everyday and travels 6 hours a day and still laughs and cracks jokes about his day to day.
Thank you, Sir. No wonder SingPost services are getting better than it used to be. They got workers with good work ethics. People who shared similar cultures with Singaporeans. Hands down it did not beat the days when locals were employed, but it is now better than the days when Northeast Asians were employed.
i had so much appreciation for our postal service even before covid happened to make us realise what are "essential services". my small biz is reliant on the postal service and they are really efficient when i compare our local service to other international mail. sometimes shit happens yes, but at least they keep to their service guidelines like 99% of the time i use singpost. Ahmad has such a beautiful family and one can really see his determination to provide for his family. I'm glad to see his colleagues being so supportive of each other. all the best to you, I hope you can send your kids to study here!
Solid abang Ahmad. Not easy doing daily commutes across the Causeway before sunrise, but still he manage to keep this radiant positivity within him. This kind of energy is infectious, hope you ride safe and all the best!!

Hello Dear Postman Ahmad! I hope that one day the Singapore government can decide for giving those people servicing Singapore for years some concessions, even if not Singaporeans. For example, allow your kids subsidized schooling, it would be a great reward I believe. We all should reward the good people. Thank you for your important service! You are a good man and your family sure is proud of you.
Why don't u ask ur own country and government to give the 'good" people subsidized schooling too and stop being a shameless leech. Lemme tell u this I would be laughing with irony if the Indonesian or Malaysian or Philippines government even give any poor Singaporean like us a $500 check nvm asking u guys to pay ur children's $5,000 school fees for six to 10 years
