Thank you. Glad you liked the video. I lived in Cancun for three months and also in Merida for a couple of months. I have a place in Merida. But I hadn’t actually made the official move to Mexico. I went back and lived in the States for a couple of years and then after visiting PV I knew this was where I wanted to be. Plus it is closer to family in the States.
A couple of other things ,as you exit the airport to the main road into PV you can take a collectivo / taxi with others. At the gas station mention the amount of money you are handing them if you are expecting change, I also like to check google maps for the layout of the streets at the airport and your destination.Translation app is a useful tool as well.

@ There are many factors that determine the prices of condos. Apart from the obvious ones such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathroom you also have proximity to the ocean and the town. Some neighborhoods are more popular, such as Zona Romantica, than others and therefore have higher priced condos. To buy a studio/1 bedroom condo in Zona Romantica or in the downtown area probably around $320k + US. Out of downtown and a little further back from the ocean a one studio/ 1 bedroom would be $250+. Further out of PV going east and also north, it gets cheaper and there are 2 bedroom condos available in these areas for $120k

@@julieann777 Hi Julieann. Thank you so much for supporting my UA-cam channel. There are some areas north of puerto Vallarta where you can purchase a condo in that price range. Ixtapa is one area that has several developments and there are others. If you are interested in purchasing a condo in the area I would be very happy to email you some listings in that price range from our MLS. If you give me your email address I would be glad to shoot those to you. Cheers. Stan
If you don't have heavy luggage, you can just take the bus from the airport. When they approach me at the airport, I tell them "THIS IS NOT NYC" and I go to the bus stop.
@@dennishassler605 Hi Dennis. Thanks for your input. Usually though it’s us locals who use the busses. Most first time visitors or locals with luggage shy away from the bus service. But it is indeed a good alternative to taxis and Uber in certain circumstances.
