The scenes of 1:12 to 1:15 is from the Batman 2016 comic Issue 78 and 79. The ones where Bruce have a moustache.
After that from 1:15 with the silhouette of Bruce and Selina on the bed and the almost kiss if from the 2020 Batman / Catwoman comic Issue 3 =)
