Dr Benjamin, my opinion is all boil to 1 basic reason is understaff everywhere nowadays because these short handed staff couldn’t manage to cope with the workload so do you think they care of ‘hygine’ first? No definitely not! Nowadays cost of operations so high so every ‘boss’ thinks of survival n saving costs cut down manpower everywhere! Like coffee shops now getting dirtier dirtier everywhere in heartlands, surely an ‘eyesore’ to consumers. Yes, everyday i saw majority of the consumers do return the trays to the cleaniing stations but all piled up n even the tables no one came to clean or ‘sanities’ with a clean cloth before the next consumer used the tables! Yes sometimes we can see foreign cleaners or old uncles n aunties come to clean with ‘unhappy’ faces because of the workloads, cannot ‘blame’ them! Why not the authorities see that the coffee shops or kopitiams operators MUST employ minimum cleaning staffs to cope with the cleaning instead of shutting their eyes like operating the business like nobody business n think of ‘Maximum Profits’ only! Yes making profits is important to them but must operate with ‘conscience n ethnics’! This only my personal view! Thank you Dr Benjamin! 😅!
Go toilet Lazy to wash hand ....haist.... not only in the catering industry but also in the restaurant. Pls. Have mercy with customers and wash your hands and soap after used toilet.
