So many opponents looking at that body of iron
Geezes the last round with JP, the drive guage just kept getting smaller. It must be insanely scary to be on the receiving end of that.
i wondered why he did atomic suplex at the end of round 1 but then i saw how much meter it built
Yup. It + the DI is almost a full bar.
But it always leave you in the corner from centre stage. It’s why you never see Snake Eyez use it, and Itazan only does cause it looks nice and it’s a change of pace. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Ita use it when it won’t kill.
i hope itazan wins something big soon
板橋的節奏又兇又有壓力
蛇眼則是非常冷靜有耐心
兩大老桑的特性差好多
The best!!! ❤
Thanks Itazan for your existence ❤🎉

5:22 8:42 Epic Perfect 🎉🎉🎉
I can't believe they made a character like JP in this game. That's mental. Who the hell would enjoy playing against that nonsense?
w/e char you play there is definitely a demographic of players that think the exact same thing abt your main
Gief's b1tch slap.. it is godlike... no Akuma will ever beat that
gief still needs something, like green hand, to help him against fireballs.
No he dont. He’ll get in too easy. They dont want characters like Zangief to pass fireballs so easy. They want countering fireballs more situational and drive/super meter costly and done with skill rather than evading fireballs at any time with no drive/super meter cost and difficulty just spamming it out like in SF4. He already has an armored punch, OD spinning lariat, and lvl 2 super to counter fireballs as well as the drive system (DI, DPar and DRv).
@@jayro792 It's crazy that you are arguing for balance as a Gief player vs Fireballs. Right now most of the chargers or grapplers are on the bottom of the tiers. A majority of the people can't play gief as Itazan so using the Banishing Flat ( Green han) would barely balance it out.
@@Cyberpunk747 what would be the point of giving characters fireball if opponents can go through anytime with no problem?? Youd might as well just not have fireballs?? They have to keep fireballs utility whilst balancing the ways characters get around them. Throwing out green claw with no punitive recourse for a character like Zangief is fighting game genocide against all characters with projectiles.
@@jayro792 By opponents we are talking about 2-3 characters who all are low tier and underpforming at the pro scene. It's even worse on lower brackets as zoning and footies isn't as frequently used.
You are arguing that Gief would be too viable while the meta is OK being fireballs focused and centered with characters like JP and Ken.
You realize you are arguing for a spammy fireball meta in favor over timing and skillbased one.
@@Cyberpunk747 no I’m not. I’m arguing for a good balance on both sides. Fireballs would lose their utility and the zoner archetype would be useless if it was so easy to pass them anytime any situation. Like I said in my first post, Zangief has good ways of getting around fireballs. Capcom could have went down the route of buffing him by giving him green hand but instead and rightly so they buffed him in other ways that are now more devastating. To then add green hand onto that and you’ll have a broken/brain dead character. I’d rather take the damage he now does to the drive meter and the amount of super meter he gains than have green hand back. Just git gud. Git Itabashi gud!
