first of all, you certainly do not, and secondly, nearly everyone in this video (if not everyone) can do any of these things to any of the other players. This is what makes it so impressive when they ace the other team (or any of these other plays in the video), because everybody is so good. This is not the case at gold nova 3 where there is such a gap in skill between all the players in the match

Not really. Most of these clips are just cases of good aim, not really any cool plays. It's damn repetitive. Nothing can beat TF2 fragmovies.
It's probably just the mouse aiming vs. controller. It really looks god like the first time you see someone good.

Too much graphic detail in game now. Visibility fucked up. Valve himself even now that they fucked up the visibility so they added boost player contrast feature instead of bringing back old lighting, player models and textures.

If you're on CT side, M4A1 was good enough to own everybody. Nowadays, most pro player who play for CT side would choose M4A4 or Bullpup instead. Another rare thing about M4A1 in CSGO pro scene is, there are barely any pro player have tried to use it with silencer removed but back in CS 1.6, M4A1 without silencer was pretty common especially in cqc
