Love this Mike, sounds like a great coping strategy. Once lockdowns over, I might come round and give the board games a go! x
Awesome video Mikey! I relate, especially with anxiety. I derive immense pleasure from the hobby, and playing games both solo and with other people boosts my wellbeing! Thanks for your honesty and disclosure in this video.

I really respect this topic and it’s so appropriate thanks for letting me share my experience. I have terrible anxiety quite a bit. A lot is due to my add. Board games are so helpful to keep me engaged and my anxieties go away. And I feel bliss After playing on board game arena I was shocked by how nice every person I played Didn’t matter their country of origin. Thanks again for this. So powerful and thanks again for letting me share this. I feel like this topic should be shared among all the board game channels. So stoked to hear this from you👍thanks again. So good

Great Video. I can totally relate to what you're saying as a sufferer of depression and anxiety myself. The hobby has been wonderful for me. A very accepting community ❤️
Great one, Mike! And coming back to the chat we just had in the hangout: you don’t need to put out much content, you just made the right one ❤️
Mate thanks so much for sharing. It's incredible to see more and more people talking openly about this. I (Jake) suffer from social anxiety and depression as well, and similar to you have found board games to be a much needed relief from that. Would love to share a game with you when we're allowed!
