Japan has special relationship with Manipur as many Japanese soldiers died in manipur during 2nd world War. There are Japan War memorial museum, cemetery in Manipur. Japanese dignitaries, families of the death soldiers come and pay their homage.
The main reason is the Human resource of NE region , Japan has the old population to then care off .
