Really like your logo ideas and not certain, but less color might be less expensive to print, just an idea to consider keeping costs down. I missed seeing your new "peace" stitch pattern finish. I knew you would be successful in your designing and always look forward to seeing your new creations, continue the great work, Kristy.
I've thought about that too Kristy - less color, less expensive! I didn't have my "peace" stitch finished yet when we filmed. First Drew got sick, then the storms hit, and it took hours to download. I'll show it on the next one!
Great catching up with the both of you and happy birthday 🎂 Drew and many more! Love your hamster 🐹 so adorable. Love all your designs your doing an amazing job with all your designs. Have a wonderful week and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗
Rhonda and Drew: Happy Birthday Drew, Henry is adorable, The introduction photos are lovely, Love the box and top you did a great job of finishing, all your stitched items, I have to try punch needle soon, I am so loving the stand-up sign, a great idea for a finish, the pillows in the bowl are amazing, One Flag is beautiful, too cold for a garden here in Minnesota, still cold nights. You are so nice to mail the paper copies to those that want them, so many people do not have printers, and some do but they do not work well, I do PDF of yours, love the Spring and Bumble Bee pillows. Drew you are so smart to research before you get an animal. Have an amazing week. You are very creative Drew, the stand is wonderful.
Thank you for all the kind words! Drew gets all the credit for the introduction - he's my right hand man! Thank you for watching us - have a wonderful day!
Rhonda, all of your new designs are so great and perfectly prim! I’m sure you will come up with the perfect logo that fits your style. Quite an endeavor! Happy 13th Birthday, Drew! I hope you had a wonderful day! I appreciate the thoughtful research you are doing to provide Henry with the perfect home.
Love your new creations! I like the old farm house on your label the best! It looks more prim which goes perfect with your line of patterns! Wishing you the best of luck with your paper patterns!!
Your little farm animal pillows are very cute I love them ❤ my boys never had hamsters we had a little dog 🐶 I can’t wait to hear more from Drew and his hamster
Happy Birthday Drew! I am very impressed at how well you take care of your animals. The picture of Henry is so cute. Maybe he will honor us with a visit next time. I have berries on my small strawberry patch, onions, lettuce, radish, spinach, carrots, peas and potatoes are all up. I lost my broccoli and cauliflower plants and I'm not sure why, so I will have to replant them. I took a gamble and set out my cucumber, tomato and pepper plants. I don't usually put them out for another couple of weeks but they were getting so big that I decided to risk it. Love your new designs. Prayers for continued growth in your design and pattern endeavors.
Your garden sounds wonderful! I'm hoping to get everything planted this coming week. We've had a wet and stormy week but I did manage to get some asparagus and black raspberry plants in the ground.
Paper patterns. I am so excited. I bought several patterns but my printer has been acting ugly and I have been unable to print them. Whenever you are ready I would love printed patterns and I will gladly pay for them and shipping of course. Congratulations Drew. On becoming a teenager and Rhonda I am sorry for you and your husband for having a teenager 😅
You have grown as an entrepreneur so much - congratulations on adding paper copies. Having a color on your logo will make having stickers or needle minders made more expensive since the more colors you add the more printing cost. (I know you are printing colored patterns, but other items will be more). I love to can food especially beans. I had a logo originally that was four colors and was way too expensive to print so we changed to a black outline. FYI.
Thank you for th e advice on color. I hadn't thought about the cost of having stickers or needle minders made. That makes a lot of sense and definitely something to think about! It is so much fun to can isn't it. And it all tastes so delicious!
I love your videos!! I am so excited that you are going to have paper patterns!! I do not have a printer so a friend purchased some of your patterns for me and printed them off. I will definitely be ordering from you when your paper patterns are available!! Thanks for doing that!! I look forward to your next video and more news on the paper patterns!!
Good job on the research, Drew. Pet stores selling the wrong supplies remind me about cheap punch needle kits that include the wrong fabric. Maybe I should contact the company that makes those kits, and tell them that they are putting in the wrong supplies. Rhonda, I really love the black and white logo. You forgot to show your stitching peace pattern.
That's so true - they do put the wrong fabric in those little kits. You should contact the company! I didn't have the peace pattern done when we filmed this. It just took so darn long to get it to upload!
Happy Birthday to the new teenager! Kudos to Drew for all the research he does about new pets! He has a good heart to take such good care of animals. I’m sure his mom was a huge influence on his sense of responsibility. ❤ Thank you for a lovely video. Beautiful stitching as always!
@@janet_idleknot You deserve a medal for teaching middle school! One thing we’ve enjoyed with our homeschool adventure is how much time Drew has to pursue his interests. And he goes all in when he finds something he wants to learn about. His older siblings all went to public school so this has been a learning experience for us both.
My grandson turned 13 on the 23rd. Yikes! Love the solitary sheep. Once upon a time I did do punchneedle. Faster than cross stitch! But I have gone back to my first love…. Happy Birthday!
I’m loving all your new designs. I just finished the spring has sprung trio….hope to fully finish tomorrow. I fully finished the bumblebee trio using the buttons for the bee hive and flowers! I love them! We have our garden all planted and my husband couldn’t wait so he even planted the tomatoes and cucumber and pepper plants! Let’s hope there’s no more freezing temperatures. 😊. Happy stitching and thanks for all your designs!
Another great FlossTube, Rhonda. I love all of your stitching and the sheep basket and your goat punch needle pieces are beautiful. I am so excited about your paper patterns ~ my printer just doesn't do a good job on your charts. I think that the black and white farmhouse logo fits your prim style perfectly. I live in the Arizona desert, our days have already reached the 90's ~ my husband grows tomatoes and we are enjoying them. Soon it will be too hot! Thanks for being such a bright spot in my day, I'm happy each time I see you and Drew have posted a new video. Good job on the hamster research, Drew.
Thank you for the kind words and for watching us! I'm working on those paper patterns! Enjoy those tomatoes - I'm hoping to get mine planted next week!
I like both of your logo options. I just finished stitching you Bee Sunny chart and I am stitching the Bumble Bee 3 chart now. I would like to see some Patriotic three for small pillows. Thanks is much Janine
I do have a Patriotic Trio in the Etsy shop. And I'm working on some more patriotic smalls. There's just not enough hours in the day! I'd love to see your finishes.
Thank you for the shoutout 💜 the trims look great on your punch needle finishes! Drew, your hamster 🐹 is so cute! Good job researching what’s best for him, he’s a lucky hamster!
Henry is very handsome! Love the farm animal series. Super cute and love the buttons. How in the world do u stitch on the Nate B fabric? I got some and can’t see the holes at all, even with magnifier. I’m so sad. 😢I wonder if I bought the wrong thing. It was Nate B upholstery fabric. Super cute One Flag. Love❤. I looove your patterns.
I have had others say they can't stitch on the Nate Berkus. I struggle with Osnaberg and can't figure out how others stitch on it! I'm going to keep trying!
Your farm animal pillows are adorable!! Is the dough bowl an antique? It’s beautiful!! My kids had hamsters as well….with plastic tubes etc. Times have changed I guess!!
The dough bowl is an antique. I've had it for a long long time. We had the plastic tubes too at one time. Then Drew did some research - he likes to research!
I just used tied the sheep onto the basket with pieces of twine. That way I can take if off if I want to and I didn't hurt the basket any! Thank you for watching us!
I'm new and enjoyed your video. I try to find new FT people that doesn't have hour or more videos. I just don't have the time to sit and watch a long video. Only a few are on my list that is that long. When I started watching FT many years ago, most videos were 1/2 hr or less and I enjoyed seeing the different colors and styles but some videos are over 2 hours long and I won't entertain that. If it's a tutorial on a finish I can get with that. The hamster is adorable. I didn't know you shouldn't have Habatrails which were fun for the hamster and the owner. They chew through most woods so I'm guessing that's why most woods are off the list? You would think a company would come up with an organically dyed bedding...maybe beets or whatever. I had hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, dogs, cats, birds, chameleons, fire toads, etc and I just finally decided they're better off in nature or where they can care for them properly. So glad I didn't get that bearded dragon. I used to buy first and learn later. I did have a guinea pig "Munchie" I put on a leash and tied outside. Our miniature poodle would go outside and keep an eye on her. They were quite the sight to see. When Munchie passed we rescued a mixed puppy because our poodle just loved being big brother and he was lonely. I love all the farm animal charts. I'm on an ordinary lot but I grow tomatoes every year. Zone 5 so by the time they're coming in good, the season is almost over. I grow flowers specifically for the hummingbirds, bees and butterflies. I wish I could move a little more south like KY or TN so I could try watermelons. I tried the little Sugar Babies twice here and it was a fail. I might try to watch some of your older videos that aren't very long.
I'm like you - I have a hard time watching the longer videos. I try to keep mine on the shorter side. We had a bearded dragon! Larry was a gift from my now son in law to one of my sons. He was fun but I got tired of buying crickets! We had the fun Habatrails at one time - but then Drew researched and no more. I can't imagine not having a pet or two but they sure are a lot of work! I'm hoping to plant tomatoes and peppers next week. Yum!
Really like your logo ideas and not certain, but less color might be less expensive to print, just an idea to consider keeping costs down. I missed seeing your new "peace" stitch pattern finish. I love the fair animals and checkerboard pillows. And I vote for the little blue house on your design. It’ll be easier to recognize your logo!
The little blue house would be easier to recognize. I might use both depending on my mood since I'm struggling deciding on just one!

Oh Rhonda, that sheep finish on the basket is stunning!! Love the prim finish!
Thank you! It was a lot of fun to do!
I love all your patterns and also love the old farmhouse and chickens label!
Thank you! I love the old farmhouse too!
