Can the RAM be upgraded in these?

The RAM is changeable. Be sure to check the specs for your model to determine what speed and max size it can handle though.

You should be able to since it is a seperate component. It uses the m.2 style drives, so you should determine whether it's NGFF or NVME. An internet search can explain what to look for. When you take the back cover off the drive is easily accessable.

Unfortunately, no. I didn't catalog the DP/N's when changung parts. Conversely, If you take the old part out there should be a sticker w/ a QR code and the DP/N under it.

Where did you get that small dc adaptor plug?

This was a warranty repair so Dell provided it. Other places to look could be Amazon or Ebay.
