However; The versatility of this section is matched by just a few. To say Cold Steel is better than M.D.F.S... now, who's delusional? I will say this Next to Southern BBMG Media team are awesome and they continue to keep you in the media spotlight but that doesn't make The Blue & Gold Marching Machine pound for pound the best of the best. It just means people know who you are because they see you all the time. The Spartan Legion's exposure or lack thereof does not define our discipline our professionalism our showmanship or level of play. The Million Dollar Funk Squad is and always will be the Vanguard of percussion sections in the HBCU. Now you can continue to dance and hump and toss and beat on your little drums all you want. Actually, your style is quite traditional when you think about it. The Spartan Legion has always been a trendsetter and as for the new uniforms and 20 more people thank you for noticing. I will never bash an HBCU band. But to say NORFOLK is clean but A & T entertains is saying we know we can’t chop with MDFS but we can out funk them any day of the week. There is a lesson to be learned here. Wait GHOE 2018 already happened.😂😂😂. I am a fan of what y’all do Cold Steel but The Million Dollar Funk Squad continue to teach y’all how a real percussion section should play.
