Engine failure to start due to a bad Relay

If your starter relay has gone bad, the electrical signal will never make it from the battery to the starter motor. As a result, your engine won't turn over - no matter how many times you press the run key. A faulty relay often produces an audible clicking sound when you press the run key or if you have a car with an ignition switch when you turn the key on to start the engine possible to hear it.

Sir, can I ask for a wiring diagram of the same unit. Our unit at site is P200-2.
We have a problem with our fuel solinoid voltage supplies.no voltage showing whilst starting and engine won't start.

Your controller may not programmed / calibrate well ,
By pressing ok and reset key you are gonna start calibration

​@@northjayhoon9789 Grateful to your support🙏 I tried to enter into configuration mode and seen "J16-9 SENSOR SEL" changed into "Not connected" inside Genset configuration after the reset. When the reset occurs again the configuration is changed and due to this when a remote start signal is received the DG cranks but fails to start. Hopefully waiting you next video on 0ps600 controller.🙏

If your generator's controller indicates/ warning high battery alarm, definitely you need to check DC alternator .
An alternator's output is controlled by an integrated voltage regulator, which is designed to prevent overcharge.
You may have a faulty voltage regulator and it does over charge your battery.
