Ingredients for 100 cupcakes :
maida (all purpose flour) -4 cup (500gm)
baking powder - 6tbsp
egg - 12
salt - 1/2 tsp
vanilla essence - 8tsp
milk essence - 1tsp
Powder sugar - 500gm
vegetable oil- 1 1/2 cup (360ml)
Hot milk - 3cups( 720ml)
butter - 90gm (6tbsp)
*Ingredients : for minimum quantity:
( 10 to 12 cupcakes )
maida - 1cup ( 125 gm )
baking powder -1tbsp ( 6gm )
egg - 2
salt- a pinch
vanilla essence - 1tsp
milk essence - a drop
sugar powder - ¾ cup ( 75gm )
vegetable oil- 1/4 cup ( 60ml )
Hot milk- 1/2 cup ( 120ml )
butter - 1 tbsp ( 15gm )

Hi dear. Oven capacity base panni irukum. 35 to 45 Ltr oven la cups la thaniya batter potu baking tray la bake panna 20 to 24 cups middle rack la veikalam. Ithuve cup cake paper liners use panni cup cake tray la bake panna 12 cups bake panna mudiyum. Medium size Cup cake tray la 12 cup mould irukum. Bake pannumpothu bottom rods on la irukanum. Cake bake aana apram cake top la sticky ah irunthathu na last 3-5 minutes top rods ( Toast mode ) on la potu bake pannikalam.

Fat in the melted butter and milk-which are heated together-help to prevent excess gluten development in a hot milk cake, and that fat in liquid form more efficiently and evenly coats. Both Bottom and middle rack la na cupcakes bake pannen. Middle rack correct ah bake aagi varum. Bottom la bake pannathu konjam late aagum nalla colour change aagurathuku. So athe eduthu again oru 3 to 5 minutes middle la change panni vechen. So orrect ah vanthathu. On that day I have not enough time to make 200 Cup cakes. It is a Sudden order. So I tried to bake in both bottom and middle. But it also comes out perfect 😊

Pre heating oven before baking is must. Baking time 35 minutes na last 5 minutes put oven on Toast mode (both top and bottom rods on) and extra oru 3-4 minutes bake panna top la sticky ah irukathu sis😊 hope it will be useful for you 👍

Apram top layer nalla brown aagura varaikum bake pannanum. So that egg smell complete ah varathu. Neenga bake pandra time ku 3-4 minutes top and bottom rod on la vetchu extra bake pannunga mam.
