I don’t want to buy my shirts online. Is there any of these suit sellers still on the high street.
I’m just sick and tired of buying on the internet and the bother to return the thing.
It’s a waste of my time.

CT are great. Just incredible, and they customer service are awesome. They’ve even been willing to send me two shirts for the price of one, so I can fit them both on at the same time and return one!

I only ever bought TM Lewin suits and shirts on the high street.
Now the high street shops are no more.
I actually went online and had the most horrible experience. 🤦🏾‍♂️
Sent it back over 6 months ago and yet to recieve a refund.
The quality of the suits and shirts are all gone as well.
I wore it and thought what is going on here. The shirt ripped the second time I wore it. I don’t know if it was a size or quantity issue.
All I know is - my money was wasted as I still have not recieved a refund.
In the Old days. Take it back to the shop. Get a new one or exchange it.
It was so simple.
Now the experience is terrible. 🤦🏾‍♂️

On Jermyn St. you will find Charles Tyrwhitt as well as T.M. Lewis, Turnbull & Asser, among others. I agree that brick-and-mortar is preferable to online stores.

Those things are absolute tents, my BMI is literally in overweight category (though it is close) and super slim fit is wide as hell

All my shirts are CT, but I don’t buy Chinese ones. M.
