Kaya dapat po ay maging sensitive tayo sa lahat nang ating kilos at salita na ating bibitawan sa mga taong nakaka salamuha natin araw-araw dahil hindi po natin alam kung ano o gaano kahirap ang pinagdadaan ng bawat isa at palawakin pa natin ang pang unawa sa mga bagay-bagay at nangyayari sa ating paligid. I have PATM ,yung ibang tao inuubo kapag andyan ang presence ko even my own family. Para siyang singaw sa katawan na nakakaubo talaga,yung parang singaw ng alak na di mo maintindihan pero hindi naman ako nag-iinom ng alak, kahit ako nauubo pero minsan kolang siya nasesense . Tapos nagtatabon yung iba ng ilong and nababahing. Sabi ng kaibigan ko nasa utak kolang daw yun 😭😭. Kailan ko daw magpacounseling o kaya ng psychiatrist. Im Suicidal na nga . Sana kayanin kopa ,Magpapakamatay nalang ako pag di ko na kaya😢.Sana maging mabait pa saakin ang mundo. Mababaliw na ako kakaisip kung bakit ganon ang reaksyon ng mga tao saakin
