All the trunk or treats and other companies giving out candy before Halloween ruined it for me giving our candy. I only had 6 treaters in a 2 hour period so shut down early and have a lot of candy left.
Ashlynn, so sorry to hear about your concussion. So glad you took lots of naps and rest which has helped you heal and feel better. Emberlynn, I know the pain of an injured big toe. I have had my big toe caught in a heavy door years ago. It was painful when I wore shoes. Now the four toes on my right foot are healing due to my 65 pound dog stepping on them so much. I have to be very careful when he gets near that foot. That right foot didn't bother me so much in the summer since I wore sandals and no sock. Now that I wear sneakers and socks I have to make sure I wear very thin socks. My toes are feeling much better thankfully.

Please be careful with a head injury. I had a bad concussion and have lasting effect of vertigo that comes and goes whenever.
