That happened to me my first time there. When still water fly fishing I find that you typically have to use heavier tippet. Once I switched to 3x I didn’t have any issues.
Really enjoy your videos.I have been following you this year. You are really good at fly fishing and seem to be a sportsmen by releasing so many fish.Keep up the good work and We subscribed,
Went to the lake 2 times in the past 2 days for a total of 1hr and 30mins on the water. In that time i caught the biggest brookie i have ever seen, and had a ton on.
This video is crazy because I saw no fish at all in the first pond. It was also 8 am and 34 degrees out so they may have been in deeper water. Or I'm blind
Nice catch
Good work man! Keep railing!

O yeah there r a ton of big ones in there. I’ve never seen them stock it this good in the fall before. Thanks for watching!
@ yeah for sure, love the vids! Pa usually doesn’t stock brookies, and if and when they do, i’ve never seen them stock them like this!

Im guessing that was likely due to the time of day. During the fall/winter months the trout are more active during the warmest parts of the day.
