      @@Barbechoo Personal preference... Not a big dill to omit it. Not tried pork on the Masterbuilt yet, definitely going to give it a go. 👍

    When you're cooking directly like this, do you have the bottom vent fully open?

      Usually not for something like this as I'm not running the grill at full temperature. I will generally close it down by half then adjust the top vent to keep the temps under control

    Random question mate, what size skewers do you use so they sit either side without grills in place. Also do you have a link.

      Hi Greg, They are the long skewers from Manc Vacs - amzn.to/45Shx3r they fit across the KJ and the Weber Kettle perfectly. Nice to have everything on one or two large skewers rather than lots of smaller ones.

    FYI spoon out the middle of the cucumber and it removed 90% of the liquid.
