    Great video as always.
    I can never buy shop bacon again. Little tip for slicing is to semi freeze it to firm it up. But you did well with the slicing raw.

    I've been wanting to try homemade bacon for a while now.
    I'll have to get some pork belly and curing salt one of these days and have a go at it.
    Still waiting on the blackstone to hit stores here in the Netherlands.
