I have been watching your videos for a minute, and you brother, are the inspiration; putting your words into practice. Have a glass of your favourite beverage on me. I would certainly like to consult your services at some point. Thank you for what you do. From the UK 🥂
Yes wooden floors are gorgeous and nice and warm (in look and feel) ❤ Also thank you for using a mic🎉 Very curious how the pvc sheets hold up over time.
Hi Bayo! Awesome video, I really appreciate your efforts. I was wondering if you could recommend a central AC system for use in Nigeria? If you do, which system would you recommend?
When I visited Morocco they had those heaters on almost every building, took me a while to figure out what it was.. did you have the centralised water heater in mind when the pipes for the house were laid it was it an afterthought, I'll totally disagree with you regarding wooden floors in Nigerian houses, they look totally out of place as they do not match the style of Lagos houses, they also cause the rooms to to be hotter compared to tiles. I like tiles not just those off white ones with black zigzag lines they all use in Lagos, those are ugly
I agreed with you that hardwood floors is out place in Nigeria. I am based in the States . Tiles is only used in the bathroom for a reason. Also, most of our house are wood because of the weather. Because of insurance you can use tiles for the living room or the bedroom.
Great share! Styles like wooden floors can bring a unique vibe when done right. I agree about avoiding those overly common designs; there’s room for more creativity :)
