- G’day folks,
This video sees us exploring the beautiful area of the Baladjie Nature Reserve. Pitch and standing out like a sore thumb is the stunning Baladjie Rock. An ancient monolith. Surrounded by lakes, wildflowers, birds and a stunning camping area, we spent a couple nights here taking it all in. I’ve looked forward to this video coming. I hope you all enjoy it!

Cooked many a fine damper over the coals out at Baladjie. It’s a serenely beautiful place. Long time ago now, but the place holds many fond memories for me. So cool seeing the old place again. Hasn’t changed much … 🥰 Thanx so much for sharing!

we just watched this clip and it makes us want to leap into our camper truck and take off ...we did most of the wheatbelt way a few years ago and it is an awesome part of the world...Loved your video and the chilled out music was perfect .

Loved the intro. I think even ASPW would be proud of that :) Just back from visiting a few of the rocks ourselves. Amazing places and really worth checking out for those who are yet to go and explore them. The shires out there really go out of their way to provide great facilities and campsites.

Nice surprise to find a camping video that doesn't call everyone legends every 7 seconds. No YEWWW SEND IT FOR THE BOYSSSS. Just peace and quiet in the Aussie bush. Not sure if you went around the back of the rock at sunset. There's a spot there when the rock glows like tiger stripes. Beautiful place.

Whats the cooking contraption you use on the fire, and is the frypan cast iron?
Nice video, just a lil further than the norm and there are some fantastic places, minus the usual louts and crowds.
It’s an Oztrail cooking stand mate. Does the job. The pan is actually a cheap Kmart pan would you believe. But having a metal handle it works a bloody treat.

I've wanted to get myself a pan kmart is a good lace to get it is it just their non stick range? Have u ever contemplated taking the handle off to make it smaller to pack away? Good thing the 4x4 show is around the corner I feel like I'll be spending some money there lmfao.
@@krump743 I’ve actually got a spot in my plastic drawer where it fits perfectly so I’ve not thought about it na. I have a brand new spun steel Hillbilly pan that I still haven’t pulled out and seasoned up yet haha, I’ll get it going sometime 🤣
