Ham was a straight dud. I knew this. I don't see why the professionals didn't see it. He needed a lot of more years before he decided to take a head coaching job
This happens more often than you realize. The MAIN points were talked with the 5 on the court. When it comes to a play they can run a few of their priority plays they practiced; it’s no different than a triangle offense with continuous motion.
It's extremely hard for a young but very good coach to coach a storied team such as the LA Lakers with two superstars who are no longer as good as they still think that they are and a supporting cast on this roster that is not good enough to be consistent and dominant each night...The Lakers team...currently constructed...is not a championship team...👍🏻✌️💯

Because you got a star player that thinks he knows everything trying to play and be a coach. Wanting to hire jj then he will be the coach and the player too. Smh
Bro just writing down player initials cuz he knows no plays to draw up and expect the role player to understand. Shit maybe lebron can get away with having no coach cuz he smart but the whole team is lost 😭. Nah this dude is trags

Coaches them to Conference Finals in his first year, an In-Season Championship the following year and had they not drawn Denver the first round, probably would be making a run right now… LeBron has now had 6 coaches fired. Ham is being thrown under the boss like all of LeBron’s other coaches. He signed off on Ham to coach the team, too. Maybe don’t blow 20 point leads…?
Honestly with this group they needed an experienced head coach. Mike Budenholzer should be the next guy since he has a championship but they probably want to hire a guy that LeFlop is comfortable with
And let’s trade Russ… and fire Vogel ….. and trade this guy or that that guy…. Ham shouldn’t have been there… lakers what’s go on … oh let’s do this hire JJ … epic failure coming soon watch !!
He wanted to take this position but he already knew he had nothing to give. How sad and why would Rock pinka throw away 2 years old LeBron James for a sorry coach
@@ifheavenwashumanno bro stop lying! Lebron was never ok with Ham as a coach, he always wanted Ty Lue but the Lakers didn't do him this favor and later got Ham as the coach. This is the best example of ppl lying on their résumé when applying for a job
Lol. That made me laugh
Lol at Russ looking over and see nothing and then look at his teammates looking for confirmation if what he saw is correct.
😂
That 💩 hilarious 😂😂😂
Explains a lot as to y he got fired
Yup many folks who didn’t watch him coach are the ones who say he didn’t deserve to be fired
"Our coaching staff prides itself on organization"
Dude look like my 2 year old playing wit a tablet 😂😂😂.
"Duh....take this orange thing and put it through this orange round hoop thing...." 🤣😂🤣

He's not dumb. It's just Head coaching is not his good profession. Maybe he should stick being a retired player and go make some businesses on his own
LOL AD at the end - "WTF is this?"
That’s why the Lakers cooked there Ham then it caught fire
Send 2 Mike wil

bron not paying attention because he doesn't listen to the coach

Coach is a strong word. The Lakers made the WCF in spite of him not because of him.
Hamm was at the best an ok player

Lebron may be better than his coach but surely not compared w/ the other "team".
This dude was horrible

Because Bron is the reason Ham was hired in the first place. Same reason why Russell Westbrook was on the team that season.
