These is actually not rare. In 2016, some of the LED version of this lights are installed not during Christmas, but used as a decoration of some pedestrian bridge (I know that when I look how they sequences). At first, it looks strange a musical lights installed not during Christmas, but since the 3rd carol is actually an nursery rhyme (and "Jingle Bells" also become a nursery rhyme) it is no problem.

I'm sure you will find many similar in production, but it will not be the same. This was unique back in the day because it had all the memorable Xmas tunes that everyone knows and loves.
