I have one very similar to that. I ordered from Ali a few months ago. Unfortunately, because of US voltage, it has a smaller roasting chamber and capacity (100 grams max). I do really like it, though. It took a little while to dial in the time and temp settings to where I like it. The default settings absolutely destroys the beans. Pretty much turns them to charcoal. I don't mess with the fan settings. I noticed that the machine automatically cycles through the fan speeds throughout the roast cycle, which helps build up heat, then creates turbulence. I've probably got over 50 batches through it so far.
Thanks! My machine’s maximum temperature goes to 230 degrees Celsius so I can get dark roasts with it. But I usually set it to 215 for 15 minutes to get a nice medium roast. Thanks for watching!
i order one from aliexpress, the seller not shipped it yet, i can't wait until i try it, do you think it's possible to make your own profile like write down steps ( temp & time ) and repeat it eveytime to get same result?

Looks good! How hot the roaster can achieve? I prefer very dark roast, wonder if the roaster can do it.
