Yes the sloping integrated bracelet and the rectangular shape certainly makes it wear larger than the dimensions suggest. I would say it wears like a 37-38mm round watch.

see the new audemars piguet (re)master 02, which is very similar, though more sophisticated. This one is 4K; while the AP (re)master is almost 50K.
