Does the coffee you use make a difference? Can it be any type like the regular folgers coffee, and does it make a difference if it is decaf? I don't drink coffee, but that is the stuff my family uses. Loving these recipe and decorating videos by the way... Wishing there was more to watch. :)
Hey Viv, decaf and Folgers would be fine! I'd just avoid any flavored coffees. Even a quality instant coffee works well. You just want that coffee flavor to boost your chocolate flavor. Happy Baking! -Dan
