Thank you so much. That solved my problem with my LG Android phone. I did not have the "transfer files" option under USB connections, so I selected "send images PTP". Selecting the MTP USB Device driver enabled Windows 10 to recognize my device. I can now transfer my pictures! Thanks again!

Didn't work, doesn't show on Device Manager. Does show on "safely remove hardware and eject media" but that's it. Phone is on File Transfer, Pixel 6
