Great content! I was so lazy to go through notes again and this helped. Yet Iam confused with retrospective cohort and case control? Why not do retro cohort for Breast cancer?
Always remember whenever we do a cohort study we compare exposed and unexposed whether it's prospective or retrospective but in case control we always compare diseased with non diseased...when it comes to questions like role of OCP and say breast cancer .first figure out exposure that is OCP use and disease or outcome is breast cancer...now for any rare disease it's always gud to do case control ..u can start with cases with breast cancer and controls are without go back and take history about exposure...if u do a retrospective cohort u do not start with the outcome ..u determine the outcome at the time the study begins...so here case control preferred
Highly appreciated mam your way of teaching is just like a magic ❤ ...
