Really appreciate your dedication to search thoroughly for documents/collectibles. To that end, there's even more to discover in the Panopticon area, in particular on level 5 (you gotta levitate to areas you normally can't get to).
And as another commenter already mentioned, definitely come back to talk to Dylan. Not sure exactly when new dialogue gets unlocked, and it won't make much sense at all haha, but it'll be well worth it in the long run. Can't wait for the next episode 😊
Top of the panopticon, there is a room, only accessible by flying. You really should take a look, but i can't tell you why ^^

I tried to fight the Anchor a few times before I got Levitate, but it's so much harder without that ability. I had to come back later after I got it.

If you ever want to cover a long distance quicker in the air you can dash forward while levitating.

I'd highly recommend playing half-life if you never have, it's a great game which set the standard for modern gaming with surprisingly rich lore. "Black Mesa" is available on Steam which is an outstanding remake of the first game from 1998 if the original is too dated for your tastes.
