I have an unrelated question. What has your experience been in driving either of your Mclarens in regard to the height of the car and scraping the bottom on parking lot entrances and stuff. Where I live there seem to be a lot of really sharp pits at the entrances of stuff.
My 12C doesn't have lift, my 720s does have lift. The approach angle on the 12C is something like 9 degrees while the 720 is I think 8 degrees with front down and 10 degrees with it up. So both quite similar, and I don't really use the lift on the 720. I do a lot of diagonal entries on steep things though. 570's are more prone to scraping, probably the most of any model, and 650's have less clearance than 12C's I know.
Hi Sean, great videos on the 720. Really helpful. Any chance you will make one for 720s downpipe replacement?
I don't do them on 720 often, the next one I do I will if I have time
Awesome, will be looking out! @@McMedics

You think it’s worth it to cash out a 2023 720 perf. Spider ? 1800 miles for 370k or just wait for the 750s to touch the dealerships ?
750's are sold out for 2 years, possibly the entire run. You'll only see flipping cars available.
@@McMedics yikes , 720 it is then .
@@SacrificesNVices wait for the used one, mclaren are known not to hold value. even the limited ones like 765lt are selling for close to sticker
At least they didn't mess the turbos up ! Did the owner keep revving the car for flames and noise. That destroys a lot of cats.
No flames or pops or anything in the tune. Also it's a McLaren not an Aventador.
Wow. They're not gonna be happy to see physical proof of their product failing. Hopefully, they'll go back to the lab and make it better.
These downpipes were on the car for 1 year.
@@McMedics that sucks. No other explanation but inferior built quality - aka - trash.➡️🚮
