Like I always said people will never know what Gambians that have money are worth cos of our humbleness. I am thankful how they raise us to be content and down to earth. Thank you Gano another good one❤️🥰
Absolutely!
humility*
It's true I admire the humility and hardworking nature of Gambians.
Why do you guys hate Nigerians?
Wow 😯… I’m a Congolese and I’m damn proud of him
What an inspiring story. This is my friends father. He never told me about his father and I never told him when I found. He was a great friend I don’t see him much these days unfortunately. He lives humbly. 🙏🏼
I’m a Gambian , I heard about this man in Gunjur but I never get information about him.. thanks for this inspiring message

This man should be celebrated, inspiring story... 😍
This story truly inspires me to follow my dreams. The interesting part in all of this is how resilient, realistic and optimistic Alieu Conte was, despite the mounting adversities he faced . His example is truly worthy of emulation. Nice one guys. Please keep pouring stories like this that will not only fortify us, but will equip us to take actions to make meaningful changes for our beautiful continent Africa. 🙏🏾

A lot of us Gambians doing great things in other places. Thank you for putting this together brother.
Absolutely!
Now it's time for us to do things in Gambia, not outside!
@@Stoneface_ unfortunately for some of us and the fields we are in the environment in The Gambia is not conducive nor does it protect the investment. So to perform at our peak we don’t have the right backing from laws or the market. However we are pumping into the economy by earning outside and spending in The Gambia.
Gano did it 😍
Good more gano did I am so happy about you you always inspire me and motivate me through your videos but why it take time for you to upload another one I always watch your channel every day to see if you drop new one
Thank you brother! I'm really glad to hear that. This video alone took two weeks to make.

This story is insanely good.
Thank you!
We Gunjurian are proud of you 🇬🇲🇬🇲🇬🇲
Why not... The Richest on the Table still
Africa needs more men like him
I'm glad i accidentally got to this video; it has a lot to think about. Well, In Kinshasa, I knew a lot of West Africans with business in mind! Fearless, most of these guys went to Zaire (now renamed DRCongo) with only one thing in their mind: buying and selling gold and diamonds. They actually helped the economy moving, because they ended up introducing goods and services that were unknown, at that time. Truth be told! Nevertheless, sometimes, they got the rough to roads, as they had to pay a lot of money to low level locals authorities, just to get by, or to continue their adventure, so to speak! They had lots of small businesses. In most populous, sometimes loud ( with music) areas. One has to recognize that, they opened up a bunch of retail stores, and they sold anything goods from West African, like stylish hand- made sandals and typical Gambian/Senegalese clothing; with beautiful coloration and decorations.. Legit and also suspiciously illicit transactions went through for decades! But, hey, at that time of Mobutu was ruling (so to speak, like a King), anything it was like anything goes! kinda of chaotic! Lots of abuse and corruption across the board. I understand how, a guy like this amazing Gambian man would have come in to do his thing!! Unlike small transaction actors, I commend him to have ventured in gigantic investment, aiming at the international level, with all legal intent. Yeah! Zaire needed that; there was a shameful lack of reliable telecommunication system for such a huge country, with all its possibilities. Shameful, indeed. I hope the mentality has changed What a courageous man!
Thank you. gentleman, for uploading this story. Africa needs businesses all accross the continent, owned and controlled by Africans regardless where, in Africa, one may from. Borders and nationaitiies should be meaning less versus the all- levels transactions for the benefits of people.
Great 👍🏿
Thank you!
Sir, the video was very good but the thumbnail is misleading. For us foreigners Congo is often associated with negative things.
bro i love your content but where did you get the music in the background
UA-cam Audio library
Am I the only one who watch all the videos that @Ganodidit upload am inspire Fhm just see myself in his story.
Will one day be fractured in your channel
In Sha Allah!
Good story ! I like to see people that look like me successful Africa unite move away from the west
Marshallah
When you used the word "pocket watching" makes me believe that "Africa is indeed watching" 👀
Indeed
brother, where do you find the background music and how did you learn to edit this good? thanks 🙏
Some from envato elements and some from the UA-cam audio library. I edit with premiere pro
Suma torma💯
Correction ! second biggest country in Africa not third. Otherwise keep it up my brother I like your content.

Telecel was the first mobile network in Congo
I am Congolese I never knew that we have Arabic coffee 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️this so sad for me
Invest massively in variety of information.
Africans we are always ready to incumber the our own success ,look at what the govt had to make him go through despite he was there's.
🙀
Hey Gunjur is not a small town in Gambia
Because there are two Congo. It’s better to precise which one.
Bring the download button back please
It's better to come back and watch instead of downloading. It helps his channel grow.
This is the problem in Africa, from two hundred thousand to two million, greediness and self interest over the well being of the population.
You are this African James jani
😁😁😁
Not sure I'm getting it right..how much did he invest to build the network in few years that was sold at 75M?Did he say, he spent 10M on local expenses?
It is not common for people from former British colonies to go to former French/Belgium colonies. I wonder what made him choose to migrate to Congo in the first place.
Because Congo is the heart of Africa. Once Congo rise, the whole of Africa will rise. Watch soon.
I am also moving there
@@childofgod1306 From which country are you? Gambia?
Sounds good… until one visits his homeland.
kudos brother. Your contents are always worth viewers time. I have personally been inspired by the stories your bring to your channel.
There is this guy at Sukuta who owns a local restaurant and attracts so many customers during his operating hours. His food is affordable, delicious and well prepared. This guy is definitely doing wonders with this business.
I first encountered him about 5 years ago. At that time, he was selling in a small store with only one staff. Every time i go there to buy, I could see the commitment and how much he tries to perfect his service. Today he has a much bigger restaurant with probably around 15 - 20 staffs (according to my observation) each playing a specific role in a very organized manner. This young man is impacting lives with the foods he prepares and the peoples whos livelihoods depends on him. He has even started to expand his shop which is right across the old one. Many Gambians especially youths should hear the story of this young man...
Send me his details
Not only to hear it but learn from it. Great 👍🏿
I think life depend on your destines, nd how ur god or Gods channels you,
What tribe is he from
Conteh is a self hater no matter what dancer yard before dancer abroad to help your own people despite we are all Africans but home sweet home
6:55 Hold up, in whose pockets was the money paid into, GVT or for bribes?
Why did he go to Congo?
Why sell 51%. Why not sell 49% and keep the majority.
Not an ideal solution for the right investors.
At least he Is Afrikan!!!!!
That Is fine but the Money más remain in Afrika
