I’ve actually been to some of the Kyoto shops. I remember waiting like 45min in the % Arabica line. We definitely have different notes on the Shibuya/Harajuku area - I never heard of the ones listed here but I’ve been going to some other great hidden ones within that area. (Perhaps I should make a video on those on my other channel 😅). I’ll be sure to try some of these out - thank you! 👌🏽
