First, I copied/past exactly from what is on this page, not working; then I changed where it says "Version", to the exact version, 19.5.718, still doesn't work; where on the tool bar/shelf do I need to look? either I'm looking in the wrong place, or I failed to install correctly; can you please help me?, thank you, Craig

Thank you for commenting! Glad it helped! That means redshift doesn't have a version realesed for that particular houdini version. You'll need to wait untill they release it(usually they update version within few months) . Or you can install houdini version matching with the latest available plugin version which should be fine.

You will need to install a houdini version which redshift plugin supports. As I showed in the video you can find in the redshift folder which versions of houdini redshift is made for. Install the latest version of houdini available in that folder.

Hi Nagendra, Unfortunately I don't have a Mac with me and i never used one. It should be straight forward if you have the houdini launcher installed but im not sure since i never had experience working with Mac as i said.
I have just downloaded redshift and its loads fine but when I go to render an output, I get error (-17) License error: Error communicating with license server.

I installed it and it's there but opening the renderview causes it to crash. no error, no warning. I'm able to add lights but renderview doesn't work?
Check your GPU if it is compatible.

JSON is short for JavaScript Object Notation and its sort of ''container'', or a file format, lets say, and it's not language dependent nowadays.

As far as I know It wont work directly. You will need to bake displacement map. . I have never tried it

Check if you are connected to internet. And login using ur maxon credentials. It should work
