Definitely check out pirorhythm stabilizer. One of their older songs released in 2015. There should also be a live version of it released by Koga Records
This band is one of my current indie-math favorites. I like this chaotic and unpredictable style they are using more in their writing style today. Their past tracks are not as chaotic, but they still have some weird timing and stops and cool tracks. If you like them - you must listen to other math-rock acts like Ling Toshite Shigure, Tricot, HaKU, Cinema Staff and Hello Sleepwalkers. I love new Tricot song Potage - it is vibey and mellow, but cool: ua-cam.com/video/-rZWdolJfgk/v-deo.html
LOL, almost exactly what I did when I clicked on this song .... WTF was that?? ... pause...rewind ... WTF was that?...pause...rewind ... MASTERPIECE!! First thing I did was go on Google Play Music and added all their albums to my library (3 or 4 albums with about 20 songs) They remind me a bit of 'Hello Sleepwalkers' .. not near as frantic, but the style of songs, and especially the singing is very similar. And of course Ling Tosite Sigure has a very similar singing style as well (matter of fact I believe sokoninaru does a cover of both these groups ... they do a Hello Sleepwalkers cover for sure.)
Sokoninaru is an instrumentally mad child The Orall Cigarettes. Circus arrangments. The only things that can be accused of them, in contrast to another TOC descendant, Polkadot Stingray, is worse vocals and very similar, repetitive musical motifs. BTW The lastest album The Oral Cigarettes "Kisses and Kills" (June 2018) landed on the 1st place Japanese charts ua-cam.com/video/L9IMylF6Zc0/v-deo.html
Definitely check out all their albums: Zero (2018) Metalin (2017. least favorite, but still good) Yaminabe (2016. and my favorite) I'm NOT a pirolian (2015) If you want something pretty similar, in terms of unpredictability, to this song and Tenohira De Odoru, check out: 6月の戦争 (Rokugatsu No Sensou). It's the 1st song from Yaminabe.

They also cover tons of math rock songs on their channel too. Are you a Fall of Troy fan?: ua-cam.com/video/I14l7KKTC6k/v-deo.html
