You should also check the another fan, to make sure the nozzle is cooling properly. If you always print with high temperatures, please check them regularly.

Yesterday after having replaced the element and thermistor bulb and switching on i find its not just the element that's had enough. With in seconds the new element went white hot the moment i switched it on, Someone's informed me its a mosfet on the board that's failed. It literally melted the heat block and the element almost freed itself in seconds. So glad i was there watching cause that would have been a fire issue.

The fan that cools down the heat block the wire to give it power are they soldered on??
Replaced the board with a new KP3s pro board so now i need a bigger bed. Its also not getting up to temperature on the hot end. Its got new everything so i cant see why unless the heater elements or the thermistors faulty from new. Reaches 186C and thats it.
Will the fan still work if the case that holds the fan is cracked???
What kind of screwdriver I need to remove the heating tube and thermistors sensor and what size?
Do u need to do a PID test afterwards?
mine doesn't come with the screw that tighten the thermistor, what size is it?

Mine doesn't have a lock for the sensor can it just sit inside the hole of the heat block
mine now says 500 degrees and doesn't heat up 😢
❤ the video. i replaced the hotend as the video, but now when i power on the printer, the hotend temperature keep going up.. it when up to like 500 c .. how to fix this issue😢

looks like a mosfet problem in board due to short circuit, same as mine
"to FIX it" isn't the wrong word to use for the purpose of tightening screws but "to SECURE it" would be more apt or "to fix it in place".
please update firmware with bltouch with z offset

It's 2022, gen 3 of this amazing printer and I don't understand how Kingroon is still using that horrible crappy wrap on them.
A cable chain should be a good option to upgrade it. It’s the first time that I’ve opened the wrapper. It’s a thing that you won’t like to do a second time. But It is easier when I get some tricks on it. But still thanks for your advice, our engineers will know that. We will see what we can do on it.
